7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, iBex SofTech shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities

  • Service interruptions caused by third-party providers, hosting platforms, or external systems

Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.


8. Warranties & Disclaimers

Upon termination, all outstanding payments for work completed will become immediately due.


11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Tamil Nadu, India.


12. Changes to Terms

iBex SofTech reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.


13. Force Majeure

iBex SofTech shall not be held liable for failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, internet outages, or technical failures.
